This year, the well known british alternative-rock band Coldplay released their new album "Mylo Xyloto", which contains the popular song "Paradise" but also 12 other songs. The music style of this album is following one line, all songs sound similar, which doesn't mean that listening would bore you. In comparison to earlier songs by Coldplay, the songs are more complex and don't just follow simple melodies. They sound slightly like a softer version of 30 Seconds to Mars, the song Paradise describes the style of the album pretty well.
All in all I would recommend this album to those who like alternative music like Donots but also a bit collegepunk like Blink-182.

Dieses Jahr brachte die bekannte britische Alternative-Rockband Coldplay ihr neuestes Album "Mylo Xyloto" raus, auf welchem das bekannte Lied "Pardise" und 12 andere Songs sind. Der Stil der verschiedenen Songs hat zwar Zusammenhang und alle Lieder hören sich ähnlich an, trotzdem ist wird es nicht langweilig, das Album durchzuhören. Im Vergleich zu früheren Liedern von Coldplay bieten die Lieder auf diesem Album mehr Komplexität und sind nicht einfach simple Melodien, die von wenigen Instrumenten gespielt werden. Coldplay klingen ein bisschen wie eine softe Ausgabe von 30 Seconds to Mars, alles in Allem beschreibt der Song Paradise die Musikrichtung des gesamten Albums recht gut.
Insgesamt würde ich dieses Album Leuten empfehlen, die gerne Alternative wie Donots hören, aber auch welchen, die Collegepunk wie Blink-182 gut finden.
